Joy at Work.
It’s more than a job—it’s a calling. Our caregivers come from all walks of life, united by one mission: to help older adults and adults with disabilities live with dignity, comfort, and joy at home. Compassion is at the heart of everything we do.
Our workforce includes professional caregivers with a range of experience, skills, personalities, and credentials including Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), depending on location. And since all of our caregivers are employees, not contractors, we handle scheduling and performance management so our clients and their loved ones don’t have to.
Great care starts with great caregivers. That’s why our standards are so high and our screening is so thorough. In addition to assessing hands-on skills, we also look for caregivers with traits like compassion, kindness, and patience. And we strictly adhere to local licensure and certification requirements in every community we serve.
All of our caregivers:
Are covered by company insurance
Pass a rigorous background check, including driving records and employment authorization verification
Are screened for hands-on care skills and complete 4 hours of in-person training to verify their abilities before providing care in the home.
Have a true passion for caring for others
What happens when the best caregivers
are trained in best practices?
Clients and their families experience a better quality of life. We train our caregivers to support older adults living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. They also learn how to provide exceptional specialized care for clients with Parkinson’s, heart disease, cancer, recovering from stroke, and living with other age-related conditions. And if your loved one just needs a little quality companionship and help around the house to live independently, our caregivers can do that well too.
We use proven staffing principles along with a deep understanding of each caregiver’s personality, strengths, and experience. Before care begins, every caregiver is trained on their client’s personalized Care Plan—so they’re familiar with preferences and prepared to connect in meaningful, thoughtful ways from day one.
