The Check-In Visit is designed to ensure that seniors are safe, healthy, and comfortable, with care tailored to the specific needs shared by the person booking the visit. Additionally, the caregiver will offer companionship through friendly conversation, providing both social interaction and emotional support, giving families peace of mind knowing their loved one is well cared for.
Meal preparation provides seniors with nutritious, home-cooked meals tailored to their dietary preferences and needs. During this visit, a caregiver assists with meal planning, ingredient preparation, cooking, and kitchen clean-up. In a 1-hour visit, the caregiver can prepare a quick, balanced meal or assist with light prep work, while a 2-hour visit allows for more involved cooking, meal prepping for multiple meals, or preparing meals in advance for the day or week.
